These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ji96 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of ji96.vu, including all games, services, promotions, and features available on the platform.

• Notify ji96 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on ji96 — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no multi-currency system on the platform and no conversion fees are applied.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as local Philippine online banking and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment channels may change over time. Current payment options are displayed within the deposit section of your account.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses as part of a coordinated strategy to extract value from the platform — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting — is prohibited.
• Bonuses credited to your account may carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or software bugs for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Collusion between players in any game format — including live casino tables — is forbidden and may lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within each game interface.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in. In the event a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that event type.

The security of your ji96 account is a shared responsibility. • A player holds more than one account on the platform.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of the platform.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player is found to be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• A player's behaviour is threatening, abusive, or harmful toward ji96 staff or other players.

In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, ji96 may withhold funds pending investigation. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting ji96 support through live chat. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ji96's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji96 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from technical failures outside the platform's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including lost profits or reputational harm.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services connected to the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
